We make every reasonable effort to display products, descriptions, colours, sizes and prices accurately.
Product images are for illustrative purposes. Actual garment colours may vary slightly because of screen settings, lighting and supplier variations. Printed designs may also differ slightly from digital previews due to garment materials and the printing process.
Product availability, colours and sizes depend on supplier stock and may change without notice.
- PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices are displayed in South African rand (ZAR), unless stated otherwise.
The applicable product prices and delivery charges will be shown during checkout before you confirm your order.
Available payment methods are those displayed at checkout. Orders may be subject to payment verification before processing.
Kai.Ros will not knowingly charge a different product price from the price accepted at checkout, except where a correction is legally permitted and communicated appropriately.
- ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order and does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted or dispatched.

Some products may be printed or prepared after an order is placed.
Processing and delivery times may depend on supplier availability, production requirements and courier services. Any estimated timeframes are estimates rather than guarantees unless expressly stated otherwise.
We will communicate material delays or availability issues and discuss the available options with you.
Product Images and Colour Representation
Product images displayed on the Kai.Ros website are intended to illustrate the products and their designs. Mock-ups may not be an exact representation of the finished product, and actual print or embroidery placement and appearance may vary slightly.
Colours displayed are indicative only and may differ from the actual garment or product due to screen settings, monitor colour reproduction and other display variations. A sample purchase is recommended where colour accuracy is important.
Kai.Ros makes reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate. This notice does not exclude or limit any consumer rights under applicable South African law.
- DELIVERY
Delivery charges and available delivery options will be displayed at checkout.
Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information. Additional charges or delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete information may arise where permitted by law.
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is subject to the courier’s service and operating conditions. This does not remove any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
